Shipping policy

We primarily ship with Canada Post and UPS. 

All international orders including United States will ship Canada Post (And will be delivered by other postal companies such as USPS)

International shipments can take 20-40 days. Europe usually arrives within 2-4 weeks. Australian shipments can take longer. 

Custom caps that need sewing can take longer to ship. 

We ship all our packages from Canada, therefore any customers not living in Canada need to be aware that tariff's or duties may be applied to your order. Tariff's are an evolving situation so please be aware of the current status based on your government's policies and prepare for that as part of your shipment. We are now including pre-paid duties for US shipments. 

As always we do not estimate duties for customers. Additional fees, in addition to the original postage paid, may be charged upon delivery and are the sole responsibility of the customer. US shipping includes duties in checkout.
