Purchase Options & Order Cancellation Policy
At Lost & Foundry, every order is prepared specifically for you. Many of our products feature authentic vintage patches that are individually selected, matched, and sewn onto a new cap after your order is placed.
For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept order cancellations once an order has been submitted.
However, before your order has shipped, we're happy to accommodate one-to-one exchanges for another available item of equal quantity, subject to availability. For example, if you ordered one hat and would prefer a different in-stock hat, we're happy to make that change as long as your order has not yet shipped or sewn. Requests to add or remove items, reduce the order, or otherwise cancel all or part of an order cannot be accommodated. It's best to email us right away with any changes so that we can accomodate them.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including:
- Product selection
- Cap style and colour
- Shipping address
- Contact information
If you notice an error with your shipping address or contact information, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot cancel an order, we'll do our best to update these details before your order ships, as we want to make sure your hats get to you properly.
We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business. This policy allows us to begin fulfilling orders promptly while still offering flexibility if you'd like to swap your order for another available item before it leaves our shop.
